Hello Everyone,
My name is Clarence i've been in the notary business since June of ' 04, my wife and I are originally from Oklahoma, City. We are among the masses that have heard those all too familiar words, down sizing and re-location. We have adapted just fine here in St. Louis, Mo. In these times it pays to be adaptive and flexible.
