Well, I just got started doing this mobile notary service and it has been slow. I am signing up with different services and getting my flyers together to be mailed out to the local companies. It's just the usual ground breaking stuff one has to go through to get started.
I just signed up with a property inspection service to get some extra income. Have you tried going over to www.officetiger.com if things are slow this may be a way to get some extra income going. Click on this link to take you directly there and read about becoming a multi-family/commercial property inspector :http://web.officetiger.com/careers/how_to_apply/na_jobs/Contractor_Information.aspx Then just click on the bottom of the page and there's an application. The process was no biggie and I have been accepted. Took about a week and I start on Sunday to begin taking assignments. Just inspect the property, take photos and fill out an online report and that's it.
